MORE than 60 Sheffield neighbours say they are being put in danger because there is no pavement near their homes.
Residents of Stephen Lane, Grenoside, handed in a petition to the council saying the lack of a pavement on part of their road is putting pedestrians and children at risk.
The petition has been referred to Coun Sylvia Dunkley, cabinet member for st
reetscene.
Meanwhile neighbours in Parson Cross are calling for a plot of grass near their homes to be turned into parking spaces.
Around 80 members of the Binstead and Cookson Tenants' and Residents' Association want a dead end at the top of Binstead Road converted for parking.
The petition has been referred to Coun Ian Auckland, cabinet member for transport.
