ACCEPTABLE Behaviour Contracts are to be issued to youngsters in Clowne to try to reduce anti-social behaviour.
The move has been agreed by police safer neighbourhood teams, local schools, Bolsover District Council and Community Action Network Rangers.

The contracts are an agreement between offenders, the police and parents or carers, and outline what behaviour is expected.

Do these contracts work as they dont seem to be having much effect in low edges/jordanthorpe/batemoor/gleadless valley etc etc (all areas where packs of junkies roam like zombies)
