I remember when Angela Smith threatened to resign over the 10p tax but didn't; she said she 'understands the Government remains committed to its anti-poverty agenda'.
Take a look at the headlines on the Star (July 4) where she is to be found among other MPs voting to keep their second-home comforts and us - taxpayers - are paying for it.
I don't see why any of the MPs should get anything like this anyway.
If Angela had resigned because of what she believed in, then people may have respected her.
Instead, she has shown her true colours. She should remember, actions speak louder than words and her actions are definitely deafening.
