SHEFFIELD is a city of secret snackers who will go to great lengths to hide the fact they like to indulge in between meals, a new report has revealed.
Ninety-six per cent of people from Sheffield admitted snacking between meals is a guilty secret they try to conceal, according to the Smarter Snacking report conducted by Kellogg's.

But the report suggests they have nothing to be ashamed of as researchers claim eating three meals a day plus two snacks can be good for you. Sensible snacking can control hunger and overeating, boost our mood and increase energy levels throughout the day.
