Receptionist up for award

Holiday Inn Royal Victoria Hotel receptionist Tom Ellis has been shortlisted for the outstanding customer service award at Yorkshire Tourist Board's annual White Rose Awards.
Hotel general manager Jon Broadhurst said: "Tom regularly receives highly positive feedback and praise from guests for his high standards of customer care.
"He is an outstanding candidate for this award."
