Park pre-let deals for Henry Boot

Sheffield-based construction group Henry Boot Developments has pre-let the final phase of its Meir Park development in Stoke-on-Trent to Sants Pharmaceutical Distributors, part of the Co-operative Group.
Sants has taken a 25-year lease on the 190,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution unit. Matthews and Goodman and Jones Lang LaSalle acted for Henry Boot Developments.
